Refund & Return Policy

At Maple Handbags, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@premapa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@premapa.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
